02 Nights Package : Samthar Farm House

Day 01: Start at Kalimpong.. Drive cum trek to Samthar. Enroute Lava Monastery, Lolegaon Heritage forest and nature & culture trek through Ethnic villages, bio diverse forests, terraced cultivation with charming views. Overnight at Samthar Farm House

Day 02: Sunrise views and walking exploration of Samthar Valley or full day Nature & culture trek. Overnight at Samthar Farm House

Day 03: Trek to Teesta Valley Cross river hand pulled ropeway, to reach NH 31-A. Drive to Kalimpong, Darjeeling, or Siliguri (Destinations in Sikkim at extra cost).

Day 04 : Trek to Teesta Valley Cross river over hand pulled ropeway, to reach NH 31-A. Drive to Kalimpong, Darjeeling or Siliguri ( Destinations in Sikkim at extra cost).

04 Nights Package: Samthar Farm House and Village home stays

Day 01: Start at Kalimpong. Drive to Samthar. Enroute Lava Monastery, Lolegaon Heritage forest and nature & culture trek through Ethnic villages, bio diverse forests, terraced cultivation with charming views. Overnight at Samthar Farm House

Day 02: Sunrise views and walking exploration of Samthar Valley and exploration of Gairi Gaon Nepali village. Overnight at Nepali village homestay hosted by Bhujel family (www.awakeandshine.org > home stay)

Day 03: Walking exploration of Samthar Valley continues and explore West Kabi Lepcha Village. Overnight at Lepcha Village homestay Village hosted by charles Lepcha. (www.awakeandshine.org > home stay)

Day 04: Full day trek to over 100 years old remote Lepcha temple, visiting forests, Lepcha and Nepali hamlets. Overnight at the Samthar Farm House

• All meals.
• All transportation by dedicated all weather jeep with driver, as per itinerary
• English speaking escort/guide accompanying
• All trekking arrangements with guide, every day Includes treks on day of arrival and departure
• For departure trek one porter per person. ( 20 Kg limit) Additional at extra cost.
• Ropeway crossing tickets for entire party.
